DOUGH
250 grams of cake flour
15 grams of fresh yeast
125 milliliters of warm water
A teaspoon of sugar
A teaspoon of oil
Half a teaspoon of salt

Preparation
Mix the yeast, sugar and some water in the glass. Drain
the flour, shredded yeast, the rest of the water, salt and oil into the bowl.
Make a dough. When all the ingredients are combined, form a ball, which should
be slightly moistened with water. Cover the dough with a cloth and leave in a
warm place for 2 hours to rise. After this time, remove the dough from the bowl
and roll out. For sprinkling, use semolina. Additions according to your own
arrangement. Spread the dough with tomato sauce, then grated cheese. Bake about
10 minutes at 220 degrees Celsius.
